Job Description

• Branch: Koforidua and Ho


• Start date: Immediately


• Working hours: Daily 8h00 till 17h00 or as required to fulfill one’s responsibilities. Every alternate Saturday and otherwise

Description
Responsible for: 

• the verifying of data in accordance with the loans and savings application process.


• the capturing and processing of loans and savings applications.


• the verifying of documents according to Credit Policy Responsible for maintaining adequate loan and savings quality controls.


• Where applicable, the Branch Sales Consultant will be responsible for the processing of all “walk in” business.


• ensuring the Izwe’s credit and savings policies has been adhered to, prior to disbursement.


• handling customer services and any other after sales services which may be applicable.


• ensuring proper maintenance, good housekeeping as well as safe custody of all company property.


• any reporting the Branch Manager and other Izwe staff as may be required by your relevant managers.

Required Skills or Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma


• Excellent knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Word and Excel essential (Credit Ease experience is preferred).
