Job Description


Lively Minds is seeking a Head of Content Development to join our lively, global team in July 2021. The Head of Content Development will optimise our technical training package for regional and national government partners running the programme. They will identify and drive forward government uptake and sustainability strategies. The role is fast-paced and collaborative and you will have the opportunity to make a large impact for a small, but quickly growing organisation.



The successful candidate must be proactive, energetic and creative with a strong ability to produce inspiring training materials and drive high performance in others.

Required Skills or Experience


You must be:




  • Experienced in developing and delivering training programmes and achieving proven results (minimum 3 years')

  • Experienced in creating user-friendly tools and processes to support project and performance management

  • An excellent communicator (English), both oral and written

  • Experienced in managing and coaching others

  • Able to manage a complex and varied work load and to work under pressure.



Desirable:




  • Experience of behaviour-change

  • Experience of project management or change management

  • Experience of working with governments in the Global South.
