Responsibilities




  • Generate business, cost and employee reports to management

  • Develop strategies to improve overall service quality and general business

  • Schedule regular team meetings to discuss business updates, issues and recommendations

  • Respond to employee and customers concerns in timely manner

  • Provide direction and guidance to employees in their assigned job duties

  • Assist in employee recruitment, training and performance evaluation

  • Manage administrative, logistical, human resource and accounting activities

  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Identify business opportunities with new and existing customers




Required Skills or Experience


Education:



First Degree in BSc. Administration /Human Resource/ Management or related field



Experience



2 years’ experience in a similar role



Competencies




  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Diligent, firm with high ethical standards
