Description	Job Description Preamble A reputable company that deals in the sale of Sanitary Towels is looking for a female Office/marketing Manager in Kumasi who has a flair for selling and can be able to generate and steer sales as per the organization’s target matrix. Responsibilities Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies Works with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams Provides in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings Works within budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback Manage, plan, control and organize the office day- to - day activities Manage staff by liaising with staff, suppliers and clients Delegate tasks to junior employees Use a range of software packages Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Required Skills or Experience Must be Female Degree in sales and marketing 4 Years' experience Skills and Abilities A team player Ability to meet tight deadlines Ability to sell without any excuse Ability to convince new customers and retain old customers Ability to manage a team in a very productive way How To Apply Apply Now Note Please note, employers receive numerous applications per posting and will only shortlist the most qualified candidates.
