Job Description



  • Petty cash management

  • Filing employees’ document

  • Process invoices and receipts for payment

  • Collection of cheques/Cash payments

  • Prepare monthly Payroll 

  • Prepare and submit SSNIT contributions (Tier 1 and Tier 2)  and ensure payment on time to avoid penalty

  • Prepare and file PAYE TAX and VAT returns 

  • Handling other SSNIT/GRA related issues




Required Skills or Experience



  • Must live in Osu or within easy commute

  • Higher National Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree

  • Professional accountancy qualification; ACCA, CIMA, ICA, level 1 or 2.

  • Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices

  • Analytical and accurate records keeping skills.

  • Previous experience in accounts clerical position is an added advantage.

  • Competence in Ms-office, e-mail, internet
