Description	Job Description A reputable construction firm in Ghana seek the services of various professionals in the construction industry as: Financial Controller RESPONSIBILITIES Overseeing the flow of cash and financial instruments Planning and directing the activities of workers in branches or departments Preparing reports as required by law, regulations or company policies Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures. Reviewing financial reports, monitoring accounts, and preparing activity reports and financial forecasts Filing of company returns to relevant bodies and prepare termly financial statements Creating cost centers for projects and activities and ensuring that project costs are controlled within budget SALARY AND CONDITIONS Negotiable Required Skills or Experience A minimum of first degree in BCOM/Accounting /fully chartered with CA/ACCA with minimum of 7 years’ experience Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage Excellent communications skills.
