Vacancy: SAP ByD Analyst (French)

Job Description

Our client, an international origin-integrated business is looking to hire an SAP ByD Analyst to help with their operations in Ghana.

ROLE PROFILE

The SAP ByD Analyst will be responsible of the correct functionality of ByD in all the regional offices including the enhancements and tickets management. It includes but not limited to, vetting of functional design document of the solutions desired prepared by third parties. The employee will be required to support in new implementations in the region. 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Primary contact for ad hoc requests and troubleshooting activities for all clients


• Support during implementation and post Go live phases.


• Experience in SoD conflicts identification and resolution.


• Must have Business process knowledge and configuration experience of Sales, Supply Chain, Projects and Finance module of SAP ByD.


• Must have reports, dashboard and KPIs design and development experience.


• Must have configuration knowledge of Product master, Sites, BP, and other configuration objects.


• Demonstrates the Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements in the area of SAP Business ByD.


• Review, vetting and recommendation of Functional design documents


• Create and maintain technical specifications from functional/business requirements for all integration/development work.


• Responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks.


• Identify issues raised and propose solutions.

Required Skills or Experience

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in International/Rural Development, (Agricultural) Economics, Statistics or related social science field


• A minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP Business By Design (SAP ByD) Implementation & rollout or Production support


• Experience in working in an onshore/offshore model.


• Writing and speaking French is an advantage.
