Job Description

Job Purpose:  

To assist the assist in the sales and marketing of Company’s developed residential units in line with the Company’s policies and procedures

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Proactively sell properties in the portfolio as assigned. 


• Ability to manage the customer through the sales process successfully


• Post and update status of properties on the internet and follow up on a daily basis


• Facilitate client viewing / inspection of properties


• Prepare call reports on client viewing / inspection of properties and submit summary of call reports weekly


• Must be able to research target market


• Provide immediate feedback to your supervisors on any areas that are necessary to the overall function of the organizatio

Required Skills or Experience

Key Competencies:

Eucational

• Minimum First Degree in Sales and Marketing or Diploma in  CIM from a recognized Institution


• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in sales and marketing


• Experience in the Real Estate Industry will be preferred.

Technical 

• Adept to Microsoft Office products


• Must understand the sales cycle


• Must possess good negotiation and aggressing selling skills


• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively


• Ability to handle difficult clients


• Proactive and passion to deliver results.

Personality 

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills


• Pleasant physical appearance and disposition


• Ambitious disciplined and high sense of integrity
