Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Advises and informs clients on loan products;                                                                                                  


2. Screens and selects loan applications;


3. Assesses loan by visiting the applicant’s business and residence, contacting suppliers, customers and other stakeholders of the applicant where necessary and analyze the information gathered in the required professional manner;


4. Presents results of analysis to Credit Committee;


5. Disburses loans;


6. Monitoring of outstanding loan portfolio;


7. Managing arrears and follows up on bad debts;


8. Cross selling other non-credit products;


9. Evaluates other loan proposals and decisions at both credit and arrears committee;

Required Skills or Experience

1. Minimum of Diploma in Accounting, Management or related field;


2. No working experience required;


3. Must be between the age of 21-27 years.

SPECIAL ABILITIES

1. Fluent in English & any two other local languages;


2. Computer knowledge (MS office);


3. Excellent communication skills; ability to explain complicated matters in a simple way;


4. Analytical skills;


5. Ambitious and enthusiastic team player.
