Vacancy: Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

A fast growing real estate development and civil engineering company located in Pokuase requires the services of suitable qualified persons to the role of a Quantity Surveyor

The candidate must be able to:

• Take measurement from site and take off quantities


• Prepare bills / estimates


• Prepare material schedules


• Maintain material suppliers database


• Procure or purchase building and other company work materials


• Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to management

Required Skills or Experience

• one or two years’ experience after National Service.


• basics in Quantity Surveying , estimation of reinforce concrete structures and finishing.


• Must have strong numerical skills.
