Cosa Bright undertakes technical contracts in electrical engineering and manages an apartment building. Therefore, the manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the operations and supervising technical and administrative staff to ensure effective and efficient execution of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Organising team roles and evaluating the performance of the technical (field officers and drivers) and administrative staff (office administrator and account officer).


• Recruitment of temporal field officers


• Supervising and documenting operational tasks and reporting to the executive director


• Undertake field visits and supervision


• Performing employee reviews and assessments


• Advice management on strategic business avenues or opportunities for exploration (20%)

Required Skills or Experience

Qualification

• Master’s degree in business management


• A degree/HND in civil/electrical engineering is desirable


• A minimum of 5 years of responsible leadership experience in management or supervisory positions.

Job requirements

• Knowledge and experience in business, supervision, and management.


• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a business as well as staff


• The position requires travels up to 20% of the time


• Applicants should have experience in driving and hold a valid driver’s license
