Job Description



  • Assist management in defining  the commercial strategy to increase the market share

  • Take ownership to achieve commercial growth

  • Establish a sales strategy and analyze the market; Oversee the sales team

  • Coach and motivate the sales team and set qualitative and quantitative goals

  • Responsible for distribution network of distributors/wholesalers and Identify new potential distributors

  • Analyse market data of product categories, competitor activities and distribution models

  • Improve the distribution network and implement new sales processes

  • Set up the long and short-term vision of the marketing team to promote the brand




Required Skills or Experience



  • A University degree with at least 5 years’ Sales Experience in FMCG

  • Computer literate and ability to work under pressure and respond to tight deadlines.

  • Ideally able to demonstrate successes in leading, building and developing a team.

  • Team player

  • Strong communication, problem solving and negotiation skills.
