Vacancy: Warehouse Manager

Job Description

The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

1. Ensure efficient operation and management of the company's warehouse facilities


2. Supervise receipt and storage of goods into each of the Company's warehouse efficiently


3. Ensure proper records of inventory are kept of all items in warehouses


4. Check and review warehouse documentations and ensure accuracy of records in compliance with stated records


5. See to the timely dispatch of stocks from the warehouse


6. Ensure Good House Keeping


7. And any other additional responsibilities that may be assigned

Required Skills or Experience

• Degree in purchasing and supply with at least 5 years post qualification relevant work experience in Warehouse Management.


• Experience in Automated Warehouse Operations will be an advantage


• Possession of Excellent Customer Service Skills


• Possession of a high sense of integrity


• Excellent Communication Skills


• Knowledge of Stores Management


• Knowledge of relevant laws regulating warehouse management


• Adept with Microsoft office suite


• Ability to work under pressure


• Attention to detail


• Time consciousness and reliable
