Job Description


The Sales Officer – Payroll will support the Retail Branch to grow and achieve the Branch Payroll Walk-In sales targets.



 



• Prospect and onboard clients for the Retail Branch Payroll sales.

• Responsible for the achievement of the branch monthly Payroll Walk-In Sales targets.



• Responsible for assisting the Retail Branch to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve the branch Payroll sales objectives.



• Responsible for ensuring the completion of quality applications of an acceptable standard.



• Assist in processing and completion of Payroll Loan applications in the Retail Branch.



• Ensure delivery of quality customer service to all clients.



• Strictly adhere to all relevant institutional policies, processes, and procedures.

Reporting

• Responsible for reporting to the branch manager




Required Skills or Experience


Educational requirements:




  • o Higher National Diploma

  • o A bachelor’ Degree will be an added advantage.



Work Experience




  • Experience in Payroll Sales
