Job Description

Duties

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes


• Follow route and time schedule


• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle


• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints


• Make record of duty in log book, handle receipts and reports


• Follow road regulations (read maps, road signs) and safety standards


• Promptly report any delays or irregularities due to breakdowns, weather or traffic  relating to pickup or delivery of goods.


• Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures


• Provide necessary logistics and returns from clients on time with  signatures of clients

Required Skills or Experience

• High school certificate


• Valid professional driver’s license


• Proven working experience as a delivery driver


• Excellent organizational and time management skills


• Ability to read and write, perform simple mathematical calculations


• Basic ICT knowledge
