Vacancy: Wholesale /Retail Manager (Electronic Appliances)

As a Wholesale /Retail Manager you are responsible for fulfilling the below listed work schedule. 

Performance Areas:

• Issuing the sale of all products by the designated brands


• Manage and increase clientele and SKU line-up


• Call on prospective customers in order to explain company services and to solicit new business


• Ensure strong relations with clients and in coordinating sales 


• Increase coverage and sales in designated areas


• Visit potential customers for new business


• Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends


• Expected to work within timelines and meet deadlines


• Prepare sales action plans and strategies


• Follow up on sales activity by responding to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person


• Make payments and organize checks with accounts


• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships


• Ensure that aging and debtors list is at healthy level at all times (35 days)


• Send pro-forma invoices to clients


• Provide account reconciliation


• Coordinating with logistics departments


• Identify potential clients


• Any other duties as required to fulfill the Company needs.
