The Role




  • Assist Director Property & Facility Management

  • Manage Office Support, Security, Housekeeping, Technical Teams and Facility Helpdesk.

  • Monitor and manage Access-Control (ACS), CCTV, FAS.

  • Plan, put in place and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts for electromechanical assets with help/inputs from the Electrician/drivers.

  • Monitor and top up prepaid ECG meters on Campus

  • Monitor and generate appropriate report on energy and water consumption on campus.

  • Procure, account for and manage the fuel for Gensets and vehicles.

  • Procure, account for and benchmark consumption of housekeeping, mechanical & electrical consumables

  • Schedule preventive maintenance on all equipment and gadgets under the supervision of Facilities department and respond promptly to maintenance calls;

  • Responsible for proper maintenance of facilities on campus to ensure hygiene and sanitation.

  • Coordinate and support other department activities when requested.

  • Liaise with Security agency to ensure efficient security provision on campus.

  • Coordinate emergency evacuation action plans when required.




Required Skills or Experience



  • First degree in Social Sciences, engineering, Business Administration,  or in a related discipline;

  • Professional Certification in Facility Management will be desirable;

  • Excellent working knowledge and experience in facility management and coordination;

  • Good understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies;

  • Ability to gather, analyze and interpret data;

  • Ability to develop processes and utilize technology to increase efficiencies;
