We currently provide Fiscal Agent Services for the Millennium Development Authority’s (MiDA) $498M Compact in Ghana. In this role we provide professional services for fiscal management, budgeting, financial management, internal controls, accounting, cash disbursements, financial reporting, and account reconciliation to ensure the proper, efficient, effective, and transparent use of funds.

It will contribute to resolving broader accountability challenges to improve service delivery. It will seek to holistically support institutions such as the Ghana Audit Service, Parliament’s Public Accounts Committee and other oversight agencies while also addressing weaknesses, such as public procurement, that could contribute to corruption. The Activity is also intended to strengthen district assembly and civil society oversight of district financial operations and responsiveness, as well as geo-spatial planning systems for revenue generation in 10 districts in Northern Ghana.

The Chief of Party (COP) will have overall responsibility for the activity. S/he will serve as the institutional liaison and will be responsible for strategic oversight of the project.
