Job Description




  • Filing of monthly, quarterly and yearly returns to GRA, SSNIT and VAT.

  • Preparing payment vouchers cheques receipt etc.

  • Maintaining daily account balances/account data.

  • Reconciliation of bank statement.

  • Keeping daily transaction of debtors and creditors.

  • Monitoring records of loans and cash advance.

  • Receiving both cash and cheques from the company debtors and banked it.

  • Any other duties that might be assigned to you by management from time to time.




Required Skills or Experience




  • Must be able to work under pressure

  • Must be able to work on weekends and holidays

  • Must be able to Drive 

  • Must be a computer literate (MS Office) 

  • Must live around Tema and its environs
