Job Description

We are a manufacturing based in Tema looking for a CHINESE TRANSLATOR

KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Convert concepts in the Chinese language to equivalent concepts in the English language 


• Compile information, such as technical terms used in engineering, into glossaries and terminology databases to be used in English


• Speak, read and write fluently in English and Chinese 


• Relay the style and tone of the original language 


• Manage work schedules to meet deadlines


• Render spoken messages accurately, quickly and clearly

Required Skills or Experience

• A minimum of a certificate in Chinese language proficiency


• At least 1-3 years working experience,


• Applicant must be able to translate Chinese to English and vise-versa
