Job Description

  • Department: GMS

  • Reports Directly to: CEO



To Oversee Holding & Subsidiaries operational activities


Significant Relationships

  • Internal - All staff

  • External - Suppliers / Clients

Core Responsibilities/ Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the companies.

  • Design strategy and set goals for growth for a fiscal year.

  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses against revenue.

  • Set policies and processes for works.

  • Receive staff requests and discuss with C.E.O for his approval.

  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally

  • Oversee recruitment and training of new employees of GMS.

  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.

  • Prepare regular reports for upper management

  • Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations.

  • Research and Identify growth opportunities

  • Liaise with the C.E.O to discuss the way forward

  • Ensure the company operates in compliance of relevant laws

  • Evaluate Performance and Productivity

  • Visit all locations in a week to get first hand information on the work done by staffs and interact with the branch managers and facility mangers/officers

  • Perform any other duty as assigned by CEO

Required Skills or Experience


  • 10 years and more proven experience in similar role

  • Key Competencies/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Versatility. Managerial skills. Interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent Communication skills. Team Building
