  • Maximization of revenue

  • Assist the HR in identifying training needs required for service improvement

  • Perform general supervision of all branch operations by ensuring the company’s standards are strictly adhered

  • Report all anomalies that contradict service standards

  • Spearhead the development and update of the company’s SOP

  • Work closely with managers to provide guidance on standard operating procedures

  • Handle general customer complaints from all locations

  • Maintain professional relations with customers

  • Support location managers in general operations of their location

  • Managing both operations processes, embracing design, planning, control, performance and operation strategy.




Required Skills or Experience



  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality and Leisure Management

  • 3-5 years of work experience in a similar field

  • Knowledge of casino operations is a plus
