Vacancy: SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

Job Description

• Assists with the design, build up, maintenance and management of Data Centres.


• Provides first and second level support for all our clients.


• Monitors the performance of systems


• Creates a comprehensive report on all systems.


• Liaises with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

Required Skills or Experience

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent certification


• Minimum 3 years’ experience working Data Centre


• Must hold a valid MCSE certification

TECHNICAL

• 1. Windows server 2003, 2008, 2012, Red Hat enterprise server,  Linux Centos


• 2. Storage – EMC, Netapp, including inter-site replication


• 3. Virtualization solutions e.g. VMware Vsphere


• 4. Backup Solutions

MANAGERIAL

• Ability to design, build up, maintenance and maintain work processes

• Ability to relate effectively to people at all levels
