Job Description

• Set budgets for payments, inventory and materials needed.


• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.


• Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals for materials needed to build the project


• Liaising with technical team and the office in connections to results from measurements and general site survey


• Advising management and administration on improvements and new strategies which would help the project


• Keeping track of materials on the site and ordering more when required.


• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.


• Prepare contracts and documents


• Site visitation as required

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, building technology


• Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous.


• Sound knowledge of construction.


• Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.


• Minimum experience: 3years and above


• Age: 30years and above
