Vacancy: Inventory Admin Assistant

Job Description

• Issues delivery notes for loaded trucks.


• Checks loaded trucks to ensure it tallies with loading chit.


• Organizes the trucks to follow agreed procedure by liaising with the security and warehouse team


• Processes the weighing bridge print out for the drivers.


• Prepares reports for all stock and trucks released for the day and week.


• Assists with warehouse and operations activities.


• Performs any other duty assigned 

Required Skills or Experience

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

• Higher National Diploma (HND) or Degree in Business Administration (Accounting, Inventory Management, etc) or other related field from a reputable University, Institution or College
