POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT




  • Lead the development and the production of all marketing materials, both on and off line, including literature and market research documents. Manage the execution process of product launches, promotions and all the above. Take a leading role in the growth of the business through effective marketing and social media strategies, implementation of all Corporate Marketing Programs. Liaise with Corporate Marketing to implement regional and global marketing programs.



POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS




  • Implement marketing initiatives to drive and support sales

  • Develop brand strategies in line with Corporate policies to support regional growth

  • Organize preparation and adaptation of all forms of communication to promote product announcements, training tools etc. and have a working mechanism to monitor the database of distributor addresses for up to date effective communication

  • Responsibility for updates of web sites, digital content, and support of social media strategies

  • Keep abreast with all local developments in order to ensure up to date and accurate adherence and compliance with current policies and local regulations

  • Take overall responsibility for liaison with suppliers to ensure vendors are providing best service and pricing in line with corporate policies. Maintain local pricing files and competitor analysis

  • Pre and Post launch analysis of product and literature sales to maximize launch potential. Provide Competitor information, supporting data and marketing research information as required. Prepare country analysis and strategy documents, presentations where required for management

  • Interface with EMEA Marketing to ensure efficient implementation and understanding of corporate marketing policies and strategies

  • Ensure all aspects in specific areas of responsibility are correctly implemented in a timely manner and take responsibility for efficient launches. This requires a meticulous checking process of SKU’s and Product Stock availability as well as Literature availability. In addition it requires effective communication to all internal departments

  • Support Corporate Training Events with branding collateral including display materials, banners etc. Prepare speaker Packs, local product lists, details of new products being launched. Source giveaways as requiredManage local merchandising and promotional strategy, including apparel in line with corporate brand guideline.

  • Ad hoc projects as required

  • Manage and follow up the Sponsoring Activities of the Company by ensuring high visibility and distributor involvement. Use sports sponsorships to leverage brand awareness

  • Work with PR and Marketing Agency to develop strategy to support distributor and consumer awareness to support sales

  • Manage and guide the Marketing team’s work (as applicable) so that they perform efficiently and contribute significantly in the above position responsibilities and targets

  • Manage Marketing Team and ensure all responsibilities are monitored for the Marketing Department.

  • Lead the team to develop comprehensive product launch strategies



Supervisory responsibility




  • Developing "internal and external communication activity plan".

  • Developing "annual marketing plan" including external and internal communication.

  • "New project development" in order to "grow the business".

  • Developing collaboration plan with "consultants and sponsors", day to day coordination with consultants and sponsors.

  • Developing "annual bundle/promotion campaign" calendar to increase sales.

  • Plan and execute effective "product launches".

  • Developing "web sites and adaptation / localization of new applications".

  • Support to sales and strategy departments projects", especially for communication & its tools.



Communication 




  • Interacts with all levels throughout the organisation, distributors, customers and vendors

  • This is a critical part of the marketing organization which has direct impact on the effectiveness of our campaigns and plans to support distributors



Innovation 




  • Developing "annual bundle/promotion campaign" calendar to increase sales.

  • Plan and execute effective "product launches"




Required Skills or Experience



  • Minimum 5-7 years Marketing experience preferably in multinational environment

  • Excellent computer skills required including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint – minimum requirements.

  • Experience with websites and social media an advantage

  • Presentation Skills



ESSENTIAL SOFT SKILLS:




  • Fluent in spoken and written English. Second language advantageous

  • Analytical and strategic thinker

  • Very good interpersonal relationship skills and supervisory skills

  • Able to produce results under pressure within a fast moving environment.

  • Must be prepared to travel and will therefore need to be flexible in terms of working hours. Valid passport required.

  • Willing to work weekends as required

  • Good interpersonal skills and willing to interact with key distributors on marketing issues

  • Ability to work within authorized budgets

  • Willing to attend and assist with Distributor events as required

  • Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities

  • Ability to organize workload for effective implementation

  • Strong customer and results orientation

  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity

  • Ability to function as an effective team member

  • Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
