PURPOSE: TO ENSURE MAXIMUM CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, SPEEDY AND EXCELLENT SERVICES



Direct Reports: Any General worker assigned to the Beach, Life guards, Boat drivers and casual workers and security personnel on assignment to the Beach ETC.




  1. To ensure that the services at the Hotel, Beach and Main land are at all times conducted in professional manner indicative of Bojo Beach Resort style. 

  2. To be fully conversant with every dish served at the Hotel, Beach, and Main Land and to provide explanations so as to explain to guests when requested.

  3. To communicate and foster a good working relationship with other service staff and other departments.

  4. To make sure that Company Policy, of NO FOOD & DRINKS are followed and applied at all times at the Hotel, Beach and Main Land.

  5. To take responsibility for all service in all the food and beverage outlets under your responsibility during your shift.

  6. Ensures that  Bojo Beach facilities are well maintained and safe

  7. Responsible for all  the 3 bar operations (Hotel, mainland & Beach)

  8. Responsible for the Beach activities during operations– Weekends etc. Ensure that all employees (waiters, etc.) satisfy customer’s needs and comply with company policies.

  9. Ensures that employees have all the necessary tools and company assets to perform duties efficiently – Equipment such as Chairs, tables, openers trays, plates etc.

  10. Ensures that the compound is clean and well maintained ( need to work with maintenance personnel - identifying, repairing and fixing things)

  11. Ensure that all employees comply with company policies – work closely with the security staff to improve efficiency.

  12. Coordinate activities of all employees during set-ups for events at the Beach

  13. Keep track of inventory of items necessary and critical for Beach operations

  14. Maintain adequate level of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)Must

  15. Resolve customer complaints if possible and Keep upper management fully informed

  16. Other duties as assigned.




Required Skills or Experience



  1. HND in Hospitality or Tourism

  2. 3-5 Years’ Experience in Food & Beverage / Restaurant Operations

  3. Strong Supervisory experience

  4. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



 


This position will report directly to the GM
