Job Description

• Responsible for effectively marketing, promoting and selling insurance products. Assisting Sales Manager to achieve the sales objectives of the team


• Very effective prospecting resulting to grand sales close. Handle complaints and explain policy conditions to clients 


• Attending team meetings


• Aiming to achieve monthly or annual sales targets


• Organize sales visits, maintain accurate records and reviewing of sales performance

Required Skills or Experience

• WASSCE/SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL CERTIFICATE  with passes in English and Mathematics. Must be 22 years and above. Past experience in sales will be an advantage


• DEGREE/HND/DBS


• Must be confident, possess customer relationship skills, good communicaton skills and have the desire and passion to succeed


• Excellent interpersonal skills


• Commercial awareness
