Job Description

A reputable Tier-2 Microfinance Company seeks qualified personnel for immediate employment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain sufficient knowledge of company products and services.


• Market the company’s loans and deposit products to clients.


• Develop knowledge of market condition and competition. 


• Provide efficient and timely quality service to customers.


• Build and maintain client relationships.


• Maximize customer satisfaction in order to achieve customer retention and loyalty.


• Develop actionable marketing strategies and executing campaigns to promote company products and services.


• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.


• Perform all other duties as may be assigned from time to time. 

Remuneration: Basic Salary (Plus Commission)

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum Diploma/HND/First Degree in any Discipline


• Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar position in a Tier-2 Microfinance Institution


• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)


• Energetic, flexible, collaborative and a team player


• Strong problem solving skills


• Quality oriented with eye for details


• Ability to multitask and work within deadlines


• Highly motivated professional with the highest level of integrity


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
