Operation Eyesight has been working to prevent blindness and restore sight in Ghana since 2006.

Job Description

• Reports To: Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator, Accra Office


• Location: Accra

• Input text and numerical information of patients captured in registers onto an excel sheets or other digital platforms.


• Verify entered patients’ data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data wrongly captured. 


• Sort and organize hard copies of registers after entering data onto a spreadsheet.


• Double-checking of errors of information or data inputted before storing

Required Skills or Experience

• This role requires an energetic, self-motivated and a result orientated individual with a demonstrable experience.


• Minimum of HND in any relevant subject. However, SHS graduates with substantial work experience in data entry can apply.


• One to three years of work experience as a data entry clerk or data collection agent.


• Experience, fast and accurate typing of data into spreadsheets or digital platforms.


• Moderate IT skills including MS office, Excel, Google Spreadsheets


• Working with digital data entry platform such as google form, ODK, KoBo collect, survey monkey or other mobile data collection tool is desirable.

• Applicant must have a laptop, Tablet or smart phone


• Applicant must be living in Accra preferably around Lapaz, Awoshie, Ablekuma, Darkuman, Malam etc
