Job Description



Toldo is an IT service provider with innovation at the centre of its activities. Reporting to the HR Manager, the Administrative and Office Assistant will ensure employees work in a clean and environment. She / He will prepare and process payroll and ensure all our regulatory responsibilities are met in a timely manner.



 



Responsibilities




  • Prepare and process Payroll, Income/Expenditure and other accounting reports

  • Manage the office environment by ensuring cleaner is well supervised, employees have all needed equipment and company assets are well catered for

  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system

  • Receive all external correspondence and manage relationships with service providers

  • Assist HR manager with recruitment, onboarding, contracts and other HR topics

  • Coordinate all regulatory relationships such as GRA, SSNIT etc.




Required Skills or Experience



Skills




  • Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills

  • Good knowledge of Ghana’s Tax and HR laws

  • Proficient in MS Office suite, Email, Internet and online collaboration tools

  • Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of office accounting and cash handling

  • Works under pressure and delivers consistent quality


 



Qualification and experience




  • Post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

  • Experience with Payroll and office accounting

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role

  • Comfortable with working in a start-up environment.
