  • ROLE: Digital Sales Officer

  • REPORTS TO: AGM Technical and Life Admin

  • REMUNERTION: Per approved remuneration structure. Further details of this as well as other terms of employment will be discussed at the interview

  • LOCATION: Accra



 


JOB PURPOSE


To prospect and provide excellent and quality sales to clients through our digital platforms including building a lasting digital connection with existing clients to ensure sure they enjoy the Enterprise Advantage


 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Understand customer needs and requirements to generate qualified leads

  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date

  • Draw meaningful conclusions from campaign data and identify potential opportunities for improvement

  • Develop and implement campaigns to better lead quality and beat the competition

  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers

  • Analyze customer and user data

  • Creating personalized marketing plans for each client based on their specific target audience and goals

  • Build an inbound marketing plan

  • Forecast sales performance trends

  • Plan and deliver on sales strategies to achieve business and personal targets

  • Fully implement all new initiatives that lead to the achievement of key business imperatives

  • Manage key partnerships with third parties in the digital value chain

  • Drive quality sales that will persist on our books

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader, Head of Department or the business.




Required Skills or Experience



  • At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Sales role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding target Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field

  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

  • Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM Proven experience building campaign strategies from scratch

  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms to capture key Experience working with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)

  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating reports to show campaign results Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time Must have a track record of excellent performance and good behavior Good organizational skills

  • Creative, confident, and professional person with high levels of self-drive Must be highly ethical
