- ROLE: Micro Small and Medium Enterprise Supervisor
- REPORTS TO: Unit Head, Special Markets HOD, Special Markets
- REMUNERATION: Per approved remuneration structure. Further details of this as well as other terms of employment will be discussed at the interview
- LOCATION: Sekondi-Takoradi, Kumasi, Tarkwa, Anyinase-Essiama, Assin Fosu,
Asamankese, Suhum, Koforidua, Ejura, Agogo-Konongo, Techiman,
Sunyani, Goaso, Tema, Sege/Dodowa
JOB PURPOSE
To supervise the sale of Boafo Pa Solution and manage New Business Executives to provide excellent
Customer Service to our existing and potential clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the market project operations in the region, end to end
- Recruitment and selection of NBEs
- Training of NBEs
- Lead market engagements with gatekeepers
- Lead sales
- Banks the premiums
- Reviews performance of NBEs
- Reporting on weekly and monthly
- Lead presentations
- Assist with presentations and prospecting for businesses for the other portfolios of the unit
- Identify opportunities for growth of the channel
- Share intelligence for strategy and planning
- Relationship management
- Handle all customer requests, including claims and benefits
Required Skills or Experience
- First Degree in any relevant field from a recognized University
- At least 1 or 2 years post national service experience in a customer focused environment
- Good organizational skills
- Creative, confident, and professional person with high levels of self-drive
- IT skills
