What we are looking for :

The company has over 10 years providing mobile Value Added Services (VAS) to Mobile Network Operators (MNO) in Ghana. The company is expanding its digital services across different channels and seeks detailed oriented business development professional with demonstrable excellent communication and presentation skills to join its team.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and initiate contact.


• Analyze existing and growing customer base, to identify potential sales opportunities and improve their business utilisation.


• Generate sales presentations and conduct campaigns to maintain growth.


• Gather and analyze customer feedback to provide prompt response.


• Collaborate with colleagues and peers on sales, marketing, and product fora to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction.


• Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship.


• Build and maintaining long-term business relations with clients and stakeholders.


• Ensure the company’s products and services meet the clients and customer requirements.


• Researching competitor market and developing business strategies accordingly.

Required Skills or Experience

What you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.


• 3+ years of work experience as Business Development Officer, or a similar sales role.


• Good time management and organizational skills.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


• Creatively minded, good at thinking outside the box.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.


• Highly proficient in social media campaigns.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

And if you’ve got some of these, even better:

• Experience in marketing complex or digital products or services.


• Understanding of integrated digital workflows, migration and change management.


• Highly motivated individual.
