Job Description

AUTOSHACK GHANA IS LOOKING FOR AN ENTRY-LEVEL ACCOUNTANT/HR PERSONNEL TO JOIN ITS TEAM.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Recording daily financial transactions of the organization.


2. Maintaining financial records and preparing reconciliations.


3. Ensuring that accurate information for current and new employees is reflecting in the payroll database, verifying and providing inputs regarding data and pay changes.


4. Assisting with purchasing duties as assigned.


5. processing all accounts payable transactions.


6. Managing employee documentation such as employee handbooks and disciplinary communications.


7. Planning and conducting new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives


8. Performing other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills or Experience

1. Proficient in computer use.


2. Knowledge of accounting and human resource procedures and practices.


3. Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment.


4. Excellent command of the English language.
