Roles and Responsibilities
- Contact debtors by telephone daily.
- Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment.
- Handle customers' questions or complaints.
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed Account Executive targets.
- Taking part in training and other learning opportunities.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties that may as assigned
Required Skills or Experience
- 0 to 3 years’ experience in call center, credit, debt collections in a financial sector or any other industries.
- Senior High school Certificate, Diploma or Degree.
- Must have own self android phone.
Skills and Abilities
- Must be Self-motivated.
- Strong time management.
- Adaptability and Accountability.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills
- Appropriately assertive manner to deal with debtors and clients.
- Able to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
