Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Providing excellent and quality customer service.


• Taking guests’ food orders and relaying to the kitchen.


• Receive and process various payments made by the customer at The Bar / Restaurant.


• Process sales at the restaurant accurately and efficiently.


• Be knowledgeable about the restaurant’s menu and products.


• Support staff in other areas of the bar and restaurant.


• Any other duties that may be assigned by F & B supervisor or Management.

Required Skills or Experience

• At least Higher National Diploma (HND) certificate in relevant field


• 3-5 years working experience
