Roles and Responsibilities
- Providing excellent and quality customer service.
- Taking guests’ food orders and relaying to the kitchen.
- Receive and process various payments made by the customer at The Bar / Restaurant.
- Process sales at the restaurant accurately and efficiently.
- Be knowledgeable about the restaurant’s menu and products.
- Support staff in other areas of the bar and restaurant.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by F & B supervisor or Management.
Required Skills or Experience
- At least Higher National Diploma (HND) certificate in relevant field
- 3-5 years working experience
