Donewell Life company limited (DCLC) is a wholly owned Ghanaian company with offices across the regions of Ghana. Applications are invited from ambitious, energetic and performance driven individuals to fill in vacant position mentioned below:
- JOB TITLE - SOUTHERN SECTOR CORDINATOR
- DEPARTMENT - DISTRIBUTION
- CHANNEL - MICRO INSURANCE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruit and maintain Sales Executives and Team leaders to increase premium growth.
- Prospecting for clients daily
- Conduct market activation to ensure awareness is created
- Visit and monitor teams across the southern zone
- Conduct monthly audit on sales executive businesses
- Generate daily premium collections of team leaders
- Generate monthly reports to heads of departments
- Provide any other related duties that may be assigned from time to tim
Required Skills or Experience
WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least 3 to 5 years of similar role
- University degree or Advance professional qualification from a recognize institution
SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES & CAPABILITIES
- Good team player
- Excellent administrative skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good People management skills
