Job Description

  • LOCATION: Accra Central, Head Office & Achimota

  • REPORTS DIRECTLY TO: Head, Technical



To handle all Customer Service activities at the Branch



  • Providing Customer Service

  • Handle walk in clients and visitors

  • Telephone Services

  • Capturing of Micro Insurance cases

  • Receipting & Banking

  • General Administrative duties

  • Generate monthly report

  • Claims Administration

  • Any other duties that may be assigned


No level of authority

Required Skills or Experience

  • A minimum of First Degree / HND

  • A minimum of one year in a similar position

b. Ability to handle and solve customer complaints

c. Knowledgeable in Microsoft word and excel

d. Reliable and trustworthy

e. Organizational Skills

f. Excellent administrative skills

g. Ability to be innovative

  • Excellent relation building and a strong Interpersonal skills that enables the candidate to work with people at all levels in an organization.
