Description	Job Description A Reputable Multinational Company JOB PURPOSE The successful applicant shall be responsible for logging of customer payments, resolving customer payment issues and booking customer adjustments. He/she shall assist in validation and reconciliation of sales from retail outlets. The role reports to the Commercial Reporting and O2C Manager. ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS Addresses daily customer requests from both internal and external customers. Work together with a team to obtain customer payment posting with minimum complaints. Resolves any mis – postings or misallocations of customer payments. Posting of settlements from third party collectors. Liaise with a team in the Organization where necessary to resolve customer disputes and account reconciliations. Submits reports on daily total business cash collections. Required Skills or Experience MINIMUM QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting. Minimum of two years’ experience in an Accounting and Finance role. Part or full qualification of ACCA, CA OR CIMA is a plus. Previous experience in a similar role. PERSON SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High degree in accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organizational, multi – tasking and time management skills. Strong customer service skills. Strong stakeholder management. Exposure to a multicultural working environment.
