Joining a team of software engineers, project managers and marketing specialists, you will ensure quality vendor and contractor onboarding. As a Partner Onboarding Executive, you will recruit sellers for DuvaiDeals and contractors for DuvaiShip.

Responsibilities

• Use social media and other online tools to recruit vendors for DuvaiDeals and contractors for DuvaiShip.


• Retain vendors through engagement, aid with identifying buyers and provide delivery support.


• Regularly review partner engagement and satisfaction through calls and request reviews.


• Contribute to marketing by recommending activities aimed at improving partner satisfaction and recruitment.


• Coordinate the delivery of all shipments on DuvaiShip


• Manage all social media channels for DuvaiShip and ensure good online visibility for the brand.

Required Skills or Experience

• HND or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, sales, or related field.


• Tech Savvy and passionate about e-commerce.


• Skilled user of professional software including MS Teams and Outlook.


• 1-2 years post University experience in e-commerce.


• Resident in Accra and familiar with e-commerce and delivery landscape.


• Teamwork-oriented with good communication skills.
