Roles and Responsibilities




  • Oversee the planning and designing of every aspect of the company’s projects from conception to completion;

  •  Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation by identifying project objectives and scope, defining deliverables, and setting milestones;

  • Develop policies and procedures in the areas of quality and control standards, risks management, third-party relationships to safeguard the company’s projects;

  • Assemble and manage project teams, including architects, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders by supervising team members and coordinating their activities to ensure smooth project execution;

  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and other professionals and renegotiate contracts with same when changes occur;

  • Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensure that projects stay within budgetary constraints by identifying cost-saving opportunities and making decisions to optimize spending;

  • Identify potential risks that could impact the company’s projects’ success and devel- op strategies to mitigate those risks;

  • Ensure that all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals are obtained from relevant authorities to guarantee that the company complies with local building codes, zon- ing regulations, and other legal requirements;

  • Select and hire contractors, suppliers, and vendors for various aspects of the project and manage relationships with these entities to ensure they meet quality and time- line expectations;

  • Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, challenges, and achievements through regular updates and reports by conducting meetings with clients, investors, and other key stakeholders as needed;

  • Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout projects by implementing qual- ity control procedures to ensure that work meets or exceeds industry standards;

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other important project records;

  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project performance, identify areas for improvement, and incorporate lessons learned into future projects.




Required Skills or Experience


Must Have




  • Maturity in dealing and managing a diverse workforce;

  • Ability to adapt to the fast-changing property business needs and requirements;

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Unique problem-solving and decision-making skills with the capability of analyzing situations and making informed decisions;

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes;

  •  Have industry knowledge of the property/ real estate business to understand the unique aspects and challenges of the business in tailoring strategies for implementation.



Qualifications




  • A Master’s degree in project management, business administration, engineering, construction management or a related field.

  • A proven track record of career progression in handling projects to meet KPIs, three (3) of which must be at the senior management level,

  • Proven knowledge in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana would be an advantage,

  • A Member of a recognized Project Management Professional Association
