Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated, dynamic and result-oriented professional who can identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects, researching sales options, write proposals and project a confident, positive company image

Roles and Responsibilities

• The CEO will provide strategic leadership, management, and direction to Kpododo Consult.


• The individual will be responsible for driving the organization's vision, mission, and goals, ensuring effective operations, and fostering partnerships for sustainable growth.

Required Skills or Experience

• A Master's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Communication, Development, Marketing etc.), or equivalent experience.


• Proven leadership experience in a senior management role, preferably in a social enterprise, NGO, or related field.


• Strong track record in strategic planning, organizational development, Sales and marketing and change management.


• Experience in business development, fundraising, and partnership building.


• Deep understanding of Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) principles and digital technologies and mobiles for development.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Demonstrated ability to manage financial resources, budgets, and financial reporting.
