Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Advisor to join our team. 


The Client Service Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and acting as a point of contact for customers with questions or complaints. 


 


The ideal candidate has excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service.


 


Duties and Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls regarding product information

  • Respond and resolve customer complaints

  • Track customer interactions and ensure satisfaction

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures




Required Skills or Experience



  • Degree/HND

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
