Job Description Reports to: Digital Marketing Officer Responsible to: Operations Manager Location: Community 25, Tema Position Summary Hanex Weks Limited, a growing construction company that offers consultancy services and execution of Construction Projects, Surveys, GIS, and Mapping, is in search of a fresh or recent graduate to join its team as an Intern or a National Service Personnel. This opening is for recent or fresh graduates with a background in marketing or IT who are hoping to build a career in digital marketing. Responsibilities Support the Digital Marketing Officer to carry out the following tasks: Create content for social media, and manage such campaigns. Managing promotions, social media adverts, and other published content. Use paid online advertisement to drive traffic to the website. Engage with customers on social media handles in real-time. Monitor trends in social media tools, and make recommendations to Manager. Required Skills or Experience A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field. Familiar with social media advertising, and other digital marketing trends. Highly creative and smart. Knowledge of website development and the use of analytics tools will be an added advantage. Must reside in Tema or surrounding areas. Candidates who live in Community 25, Tema or the surrounding areas will be given high priority.
