A reputable construction firm in Ghana seek the services of various professionals in the construction

industry as Quantity Surveyor

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Estimating the material resource requirements for the works


• Preparation of monthly valuation of works done


• Assist the project manager in daily, weekly and monthly progress report preparation


• Undertaking cost control activities on the project.


• Ensuring that all variation orders and site instructions are well booked, costed and approved


• Site measurements of work in progress


• Management of subcontract accounts


• Measurement of subcontract works and recommending payments to head office

Required Skills or Experience

• A minimum of first degree in Quantity Surveying/building technology/construction management or related field with minimum of 5 years’ experience or HND with 10 years


• experience


• Excellent communications skills.


• MS office
