Vacancy: Human Resource Manager

Job Description

A reputable security company situated in Accra with operations in other regions in Ghana is looking for a dynamic Human Resource Manager to join the management team.

• Working with the organization’s executive leadership team to understand organizational goals and develop strategic initiatives to help security guards


• Planning and executing a human resources strategy that falls in line with the organizational goals


• Supporting the man guard operations team in the discharge of their duties 


• Handling delicate situations within the workplace, including termination if the situation escalates


• Overseeing the organization’s talent acquisition strategy and process, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring


• Establishing employee performance review, training, and/or development programs


• Researching and proposing new incentive and rewards programs that support employee retention


• Evaluating benefits packages and choosing the best one for both the organization and its employees


• Ensuring that the department and organization are adhering to the state laws regarding employment


• Running errands to support the operation department


• Support the man guard operation team with logistics in the discharge of their duties


• Talent management, performance management, motivation, and human resource planning.

Required Skills or Experience

• At least two(2) years experience 


• Knowledge of screening and recruiting of employees


• Familiar with MS Office


• Great leadership skills


• Effective communication skills


• BA/BSc in Human Resource Management or a related field
