  • Location: Head Office

  • Start date: 29th July, 2019

  • Expiry date for applications: 18th July, 2019

  • Working hours:  Daily 8h00 till 17h00 or as required to fulfill one’s responsibilities.


 



Description




  • Perform tasks assigned by the IT Manager.

  • Assist in preparation and installation of software and peripheral devices.

  • Assist in diagnosis and resolution of faults.

  • Log in Executive Management queries.

  • Setup new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues

  • Work continuously on tasks until completion(or refer to third parties if appropriate)

  • Maintain records of software licenses.

  • Monitor, record and supply I.T stock

  • Analyze support desk logs to spot trends and underlying issues.

  • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports

  • Support web technologies

  • Any other tasks designed by the IT Manager or Senior Management.




Required Skills or Experience




  • Higher National Diploma

  • A Bachelors’ Degree in Information Technology is an advantage

  • Graphic and web design skills an advantage.
