Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable network infrastructure solutions to meet the organization's current and future requirements.


• Configure and troubleshoot network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.


• Monitor network performance and proactively address issues to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.


• Collaborate with team members to integrate network solutions with existing systems and applications.


• Implement and enforce network security policies and procedures to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.


• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members on network-related issues.


• Document network configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.


• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in networking.

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Proven experience working as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.


• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP).


• Hands-on experience with network hardware, such as Cisco, Mikrotik, Juniper, Peplink, Ligowave or similar devices.


• Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices, including firewall configuration, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.


• Experience with network monitoring tools, such as Cacti, PRTG or Incontrol2


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, MTCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
