Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Administrator to oversee the management and maintenance of our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems, networks, and software applications. The IT Administrator will play a crucial role in troubleshooting technical issues, implementing security measures, and providing technical support to employees.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain all aspects of the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software systems.


2. Install, configure, and maintain servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.


3. Monitor network performance and security, and implement measures to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.


4. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide technical support to end-users.


5. Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity.


6. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, hardware, and software solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.


7. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels in accordance with security policies and procedures.


8. Develop and maintain IT documentation, including network diagrams, system configurations, and user manuals.


9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in IT administration.


10. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and requirements.

Required Skills or Experience

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.


2. Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role. Skills to use photocopier machine, graphic designer and word  document mamagement etc.


3. Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).


4. Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux, and MacOS.


5. Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).


6. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).


7. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.


8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


10. Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are a plus.
